My Bio

I'm someone redeemed by God's mercy and grace. Ephesians 2:8,9. My life is anchored to the Rock that is higher than I.... I work for the Arkansas Legislature and love it. I have a beloved daughter (mommy feathers-daughter down) and three awesome grandbabies (7, 5, and 2) in my home state of Illinois. Too far away!!!

A Little More About Me

I have an unquenchable sense of optimism that is sustained by the faithfulness God has shown me through my trials which, in turn, has increased my faith. I have bounced back more times than I can count in my life which always brings to mind something my highschool pastor's son, Stan Nussbaum, told me once: "The harder you fall, the higher you bounce."

Praise God for padded tushes.

My Hobbies

Singing loudly to the Gaither Vocal Band or Praise music while I'm driving or working in the house. That's my "restore my soul" time. My other hobbies are playing at computer graphics or taking pictures with my new camera and doing my own special crafts.
